- Transaction & buyer information — PAN, address, ID proof, co-applicant details, and payment or loan-related information collected during booking, agreement execution, or registry, strictly for that transaction.
- Communication records — call recordings, WhatsApp chats, or emails exchanged with our sales and customer care teams, kept for service quality and dispute resolution.
- Automatically collected data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring website, collected via cookies and analytics tools (see Section 4).
- Site visit & sales office data — visitor register entries (name, phone, purpose of visit) recorded for security at our sales office and construction site.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as biometric information, health records, or religious/caste details, except where legally required for KYC or registry purposes.

- Request deletion of your enquiry data, where we are not legally required to retain it

Marketing Communication & DND
We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your enquiry, site visit, or booking status. If you have separately consented to receive promotional offers or project updates, you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP", using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or informing our team directly.
If your mobile number is registered under NDNC/DND, we will only send transactional messages related to an enquiry or booking you initiated, unless you've given explicit consent for promotional communication.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults enquiring about or purchasing property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
